Comfortable stay but breakfast woes

The room was spacious and well-kept, making it a lovely escape after a day of hiking. Access to parks was a major plus during our stay.

However, the breakfast left much to be desired. Limited options and cold coffee dampened our mornings, which was disappointing given the overall quality of the hotel.

Although the carpets need a good cleaning and there was some noise from the nearby trains, the room was clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. The pool area looked great, and dining options nearby were promising, making it an overall pleasant stay.

The carpets need to be ripped out—disgusting rugs!!! The persistent noise from trains ruins sleep quality, and the surrounding area with visible homelessness feels unsafe. Improve signage for late checkouts too!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The grandkids loved the clean pool, and the Wi-Fi was great for keeping everyone entertained. We also enjoyed the restaurant, where we had some laughs over the menu names. It was a fun family trip!

My kids wished the menu had more kid-friendly options.

Recommend it for pet lovers

The real breakfast at the restaurant next door was a game changer. I tried the biscuits with jalapeno gravy, it was sooo good, just what I needed after a long day.

It wasn’t cheap, but the pet fee was acceptable considering the service.

The King Room was spacious and comfortable, contributing to a restful atmosphere throughout my stay. The attached restaurant offered fantastic grilled dishes, especially for breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise. Despite a minor issue that required me to switch rooms, staff handled the transition swiftly and without hassle. However, the noise from neighboring guests was an occasional distraction.

This was just a balanced option for a little getaway in Tucson, great for the money. Make sure to ask for early check-in if you arrive before the usual time.

We had a pleasant experience with the attentive Angela at check-in. The location is ideal for exploring nearby restaurants and Saguaro National Park. The room was decent, though some areas felt outdated. Pro tip, grab breakfast early for the best selection!
